Dry laminated glass is a PVB intermediate film with polyvinyl butyral as the main component sandwiched between two pieces of glass. Even if the glass breaks, the pieces will stick to the film, and the surface of the broken glass will remain clean and smooth. This effectively prevents the splinter injury and penetration fall event, to ensure personal safety. Strong penetration resistance.

Dry adhesive is a product synthesized by EVA film through high temperature and high pressure.

Wet glue is made by solidifying glue under ultraviolet light.

Wet laminated glass is filled with synthetic resin between two pieces of glass, after sunlight or ultraviolet lamp baking, so that the two pieces of glass stand together. After crushing, it can also achieve the effect of not falling off, but the effect of anti-aging is not as good as PVB.

Wet glue is not subject to product type, such as flat steel glue, bending steel glue may be done, triangular, and so on. Dry method is generally flat steel, bending steel can only use the vacuum method of initial pressure, so few companies have this equipment. In the quality inspection, the three type tests of wet method are obviously lower than that of dry method. Generally, such as household railings, wet method can be used, because the price difference is 15-18 yuan. Such as sightseeing elevator, more can not use wet method, because the glue in the sun, will be gray, affect the vision.
Laminated glass is the real sense of safety glass, widely used in building doors and Windows, curtain walls, daylighting ceiling, skylight, indoor glass partition and other places. The toughness of the PVB film used by laminated glass is very good. When the laminated glass is violently impacted by external force, the film will absorb a large amount of impact energy and make it rapidly attenuated, so the laminated glass is difficult to be broken. Even if the glass is broken, it can remain intact in the frame of the door and window.
