The principle of electrically heated glass work is that after the glass is energized, its surface temperature begins to rise, and the rising temperature range is 35℃~40℃, so that the glass heating surface temperature is flat or slightly higher than the glass surface temperature, so as to achieve the effect of no fog and frost. Electrically heated glass uses low voltage, less power consumption star, safe and assured. Electric heating glass is mainly composed of two parts, tempered glass, transparent electroplating embedded layer, tempered glass embedded electroplating film. Tempered glass can be flat or curved. When powered on, the glass itself heats up, and its thermistor is connected to a temperature control system, so the surface temperature can be adjusted automatically.

Due to the principle of electrically heated glass, it is mainly used in our daily life common baking boxes, refrigerators, vending machines and other equipment. So the oven is hot in the baking process, but there is no water vapor on the glass. When the refrigerator temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the moisture in the air does not freeze on the refrigerator glass. There are also vending machines that have been kept outside, but in winter, when it snows, there is no ice or fog attached to the glass surface. These are the full application of electrically heated glass principle function. Let us no matter in any air conditions can clearly see the food inside the electric heating glass.

The function of the electrically heated glass is to achieve the effect of defogging and defrosting by heating the laminated glass, and its safety is good. It also has excellent optical properties, light transmittance ≥ 90%, and the glass uses conductive wire and thermal film as the interlayer heating medium, and the light has no emission and refraction phenomenon, ensuring that the objects seen by the line of sight achieve clear and real effects. The electric heating glass adopts the characteristics of absorbing ultraviolet rays, which can reduce the ultraviolet rays entering the room and reduce the harm of people by ultraviolet radiation.
