Grey glass is also known as neutral (dark) glass. It is a dark gray color glass that uniformly absorbs all wavelengths of visible light without selection. Its light transmission curve is almost parallel to the abscissa. It needs to be mixed and colored with two or three colorants, such as iron-cobalt mixed colored glass, chromium-manganese-copper mixed colored glass, etc. It is used to quantitatively adjust the transmittance of light. The average transmittance can be selected in the range of 2% to 70% to limit the amount of light. Grey glass can be used as a dimming window or a peeping window for advanced buildings.
