Two, induction detection method.
With an induction pen, touch the film surface with one hand, hold the induction pen with the other hand, and touch the tested surface with the tip of the pen. Three, empirical observation method.
1. Experienced staff can touch the glass surface by hand. The smooth surface is the glass surface, while the non-smooth surface is the film surface. This method is simple and easy to operate, but a little careless will hurt the film surface.
2. Borrow the light or lighter fire, look at the glass side, if there are two light and shadow, light and shadow red side for the film surface, no change of light and shadow for the glass surface.
3. Use a pencil to see the shadow. When the pencil is about to be sharpened, the tip of the pencil should contact the measured surface at an oblique and high volume.
4. Because the coated glass is cut by the manufacturer, the film is strictly required to face upward, so that it can be judged according to the signs behind the glass cutting. The rough edge is the film surface, and the flat edge is the glass surface.
Four, the discrimination of glass tin surface method.
The film surface can also be measured by the homemade UV tin surface meter, that is, the non-tin surface is the film surface. In addition, it should be noted that the heat-reflecting glass film is not conductive, so methods 1 and 2 are not applicable.
